Interactive storytelling for under 5s
What to expect :
A series of shows for 1-5 year olds. Traditional stories retold with energy and laughs. Every week a new story with colourful props and silly music to amuse your little one, Parents are required to stay. The whole session is an hour from start to finish. I hope to give parents the odd giggle too. Little ones can sit with a parent or on the soft rugs at the front, plus I fully expect some distracted wandering about! There won't be anything scary in the stories themselves, but I understand tears and tantrums happen. Toddler parenting is full on. I love to provide this no pressure environment for us to come together in community.
What's the cost?
It's £5 with sibling discounts available too. Full pricing info is as follows - Toddler entry fee: £5 - Each sibling over 1yr: £3 - Each sibling under 1yr: £0 - Accompanying adults: £0 - Tea and coffee included.

Having worked on Moorland rd for over a decade, it was my first choice to set up here in Oldfield Park. The Church has on street parking nearby. You don't need to prebook. Click on the red pin to plan your route. If you need to park in permit-only parking the church can log on to our church permit system on arrival too at no added cost.

Do you run anything in the holidays?
Summer Specials
Tales for Tots doesn't usually run in the holidays, but I appreciate that it can be tricky for young families when all playgroups come to a sudden holt. That's why for a couple of years now I have ran "Summer Specials". These are a morning of themed play, crafts and songs eg. a Teddy Bear's Picnic, a Bubble play morning, a Ride-on racetrack and a Fancy-dress extravaganza. If the weather is nice we move out into the garden. These require signing up.
